I started with fitness back when I was in middle school and high school. I played sports, loved working out and enjoyed getting stronger and faster! This passion carried me through school where I studied exercise science in both my undergraduate degree and my masters. I have obtained many certifications over the years but my time with clients and following my own path in fitness has helped me understand how the human body works and why it works! I find fitness as way to decompress from my busy life and enjoy moving my body. I want to spread this same passion for fitness to others who might be in similar situations to myself. You work, you have a family, you have career goals, life goals, family goals, basically your life is planned around everything else except for your health and wellbeing.
My journey through fitness has allowed me to train for strength focused events, cardio & endurance events, and activities of daily living. I like to train how my body needs to and wants to move.
I also love spending time with my family: Husband, Daughter and German Shepherd! I love to eat strawberries, read a good book and spend some time binge watching TV!
