I will help you understand how food fuels the body. I will review your nutritional goals with you and help you understand how to track and measure what you eat to determine whether you are on the right track for fueling your body's needs. Match your eating habits to your fitness training program.
If you feel you need extra guidance, we can coordinate online virtual workouts. These sessions will allow you and me to see each other during your home fitness program so I can guide you through and give corrective cueing during your exercises.
